It's That Time Of Year!

Fret not about your Browns' not so good season, TOG. My Chiefs never have a good season. Well with the exception of '03 when they started the season 8-0.

Didn't they finish about 9-7 though? :D

Trent Dilfer said last night that the Browns had the worst offense in the history of the NFL. He'd be well qualified to make that remark, having been quarterback of some of the others.

And, once again, my Dawgs never cease to fall short of my expectations... And to think, Georgia was favored by 9 and a half. :\

Definitely shocked at the Ole Miss upset over LSU... That was some terrible clock management on Les Miles' part.

Oregon beat Arizona... Happy for them. They've played great ball all season long.

Penn State won, happy for them.

OSU caught some lucky breaks against Michigan. (No offense, TOG)

I was excited to see Ole Miss beat LSU. Even if it was only by 2 points. I hate LSU almost as much as I hate BSU. :D

Very, very sad to see my Irish lose in double OT. I've always like Coach Weis, so I'll be sad to see him go (which seems to pretty much be a given), but maybe its for the best. Too bad we can't steal Coach Paterno away from Penn State. LOL

Sevens, better watch out... I might end up going to LSU for graduate work in choral conducting. ;)

I'm convinced Joe Pa will die on that field, and will be buried under the home side. LOL

Syracuse earned its first conference victory of the season with a 31-13 upset of No. 25 Rutgers on Saturday.

Harvard 14 - Yale 10, Close game.

I'd have to disown you. :p

And I agree. And every game, the PSU players will all smack his tombstone on their way by for good luck. LOL

Tomtom, I saw that Syracuse beat Rutgers, but I didn't realize it was their first conference win. I didn't even know Yale had a football team. I knew Harrvard did, but Yale.....Color me surprised. :)

I'll do you one better... I have the chance to go to USC for Grad School... Color me green... With sickness.... Can you IMAGINE me going to school with a team that I hate SO MUCH???

Ahahahahahahahahahaha!!!!!!! *wipes tears* Ahahahahahahahahahahaha!!!!!!!!!

Not so much............

Ahahahahahahahahaha!!!!!!!!! *more tears* Ahahahahahahahahahaha!!!!!!!!!

The offense was decent, not great not terrible. Heron needs to run North-South more. The Defense, though, should have had ten interceptions instead of only four. Forcier threw it to Buckeyes more than he did to Wolverines.

But, six in a row over UM and a tangle with either Oregon or Oregon State on the horizon... looks good!

Sucks to hear that, Henderson.

So, yeah, Texas won. It's time for the tough challenge for the Longhorns against the arch rival, Texas A&M Aggies.

03USMC, watch out. The Horns are coming and kicking the Aggies' whoop sorry @$$es.

Ugh. Tell me about it... But they have one of the best choral music grad programs in the country... Two of my favorite composers are currently on the faculty there, and my current choir director is an alum, so she has a lot of pull... Plus, she's married to the man who directed the chamber choir out there for 20+ years. So I'd be a sure in for a spot in the graduate program. :(

But this is all getting off topic. Haha.

Definitely, the Michigan QB just looked like his head was somewhere else... Not good football. I'd like to see OSU and Oregon. That'd be a damned good game.

My Chiefs just beat the Steelies in OT!!!!!!!!!! WOOOOOHOOOOOO!!!!!

I agree OSU and Oregon would be a great game. I think it would be one of those edge-of-your-seat-back-and-forth games that I love so much. :)

I have no plans for the Iron Bowl, the Browns do seem to be having an especially nasty season, and.....I have no comment on the Cowchickens. ;)
