Secrecy said:Surprisingly, Saudi Arabia now acquired up to date export versions of U.S. Military Equipment. I was driving down on the loading dock in Brooklyn and found M-1A1, Paladin, and several Hummvees lined neatly down the aisle. At first I thought the shipment is going off to U.S. troops in Iraq, but as I checked the port destination: Saudi Arabia and sold to the Saudi Armed Forces.
Second, Flying Frog, please recognize the Saudi's efforts in their current training. They are already been proving to be a well-trained and well-equipped military.
Oil may also be what has condemned them. This may still happen. Let's not forget they have a strategic asset in their oil.
Having the money, the most modern military equipment, does not mean anyboby CAN fight or for that matter WILL fight, much more win. This has been proven time and again throughout history. There should be the will to fight, the reason to fight, the belief that what you are fighting for is right and worth dying or killing for.
