Harvesting farms are established in the Maine wilderness and hydroponics facilitys are established in Vermont. Places taxes on the now legalized plant bringing in a good cash flow. It is easy to obtain as a pack of cigarettes in a convenience store.

Constructs a gigantic humungoid brewing facility on the grounds of the old Redhook brewery. Tours now take 4 days to get threw the first 2 square miles. Portsmouth, NH and surrounding areas names are changed to "Beerport". Beer is rationed out in stamps to all citizens to a 30 wrack every two days a person. Stamps are available at the post office. Moral is high.

Conscripts 15,000 men from the militias threwout maine and northern NH. They are known as the Minute Men, while recruiting government representatives are brought to a cache of weapons. Inside they find an almost limitless supply of soviet made Kalishnakov assault rifles(Being that soviet made kalishnakovs are much sturdier than the chinese ones we are very pleased). They are distributed amongst the militia. The minute men will be headed by General Sam Adams. He cant seem to stop advertising for some relatively unknown beer company though.

Conscripts 20,000 men from western and middle NH, and western Mass they are now known as the continental army. They will be headed by General Washington.... Denzel Washington. Not the wise Denzel from Malcolm X, but the very pissed off angry Denzel from Training Day or American Gangster.

Conscripts 24,000 gangbangers from south-eastern NH, northern mass, areas surrounding boston, boston, middle mass, and New York. They are known as the North Eastern Disciples. They specialize in drive by tank assaults and have very good aim. They are now the elite of the N-E G'd Up Republic. This move reduces the crime rate by 40 percent.

I'm setting my naval base up in South Africa. I need the Southern Hemisphere

And my 2nd Fleet are waiting on Coral Sea to conquer Australia....
