Something about a face done in pencil...raw, innocent- no matter what they've done. Anyway, my opinion of pencil art. I used to sketch in pencil also. Writing pens also, the felt tip kind..smooth sailing.

I enjoy the details in these. You do a great job in catching the body movements.. the posture while walking etc..It brings more emotion to the drawings when you can do that.

I like that one although given that they had similar cap styles it is hard to tell a Confederate from a Union soldier.
