It's That Time Of Year!

That I do. LOL As soon as I realized the Saints were going down, my first thought was "Foxy is probably bouncing off the walls right about now." ;)

Those receivers get paid WAY too much money to not make those catches. If he'd caught that ball, they would've gone into OT at least.

So.......is anyone even watching any of the bowl games? Because if you are......catch me up? I can't seem to get interested past the first few minutes of the first quarter in any of the games so far......

Everyone who's supposed to win is losing. If the regular season were like this Vanderbilt would win the SEC.

That good, huh? LOL
Yup, but it's killing me in the pick 'em pool I'm in. 3-6 so far, but the best is only 6-3, so I'm not doing too bad.

In other news, the Colts pulled Manning with a 15-10 lead at halftime so they could rest him. They lost their perfect season, 29-15. What a chicken move.

Usually I get excited about bowl season. This year.....*shrug* I haven't watched more than a quarter of any game. And didn't bother picking who I thought would win.

I saw the Colts go down. *shakes head*

Well, the REAL bowl games haven't started yet, ya know? Next week is when things start really heating up.

I'd just like to throw it out there that the Pac-10 is 0-3 in bowls this year... Woops.

Can't resist a chance to knock the Pac-10 can ya, Rob? :p

And true.....maybe once the more exciting bowls get here, I'll be able to pay attention. LOL

Yes, the PAC 10 is only 2 for 5 this year, played good teams from the midwest, we did not draw any of the patsy teams from the SEC.:smil:

Of course as bad as USC was this year it still won it's bowl game.

Yeah, but it played Boston College, from the equally incompetent ACC.

And UCLA needed a miracle comeback to beat Temple. Temple's last bowl win was in the first Sugar Bowl.

I know there is only one true college football conference, the SEC. Football according to Rob would be a season where the SEC schools all play each other to see who would play for the National Championship.:)

Meantime I will just enjoy good games when they occur. The FSU West Virginia game was pretty good.
