Ham and Jam is a teamplay orientated, first person WW2 mutliplayer game centred around the British and Commonwealth campaigns from 1939-45. Historically accurate missions coupled with careful balance between realistic and enjoyable gameplay makes Ham and Jam a unique experience.

But I think this is the real answer: Ham And Jam was the Call Sign for the succesful capture of Pegasus Bridge on D-Day.

Yes sir, Tom. You got it.

Ham meant the Orne bridge had been captured, Jam meant the canal bridge had been captured. Jack and Lard was to be used if the respective bridges had been captured but destroyed.

Who was the first U.S. Marine of World War II to earn the Medal of Honor and where did it happen.
First Lieutenant George H. Cannon USMC. He was killed on the 7th December 1941, when the Japanese bombarded his command post on Midway Island, he was wounded but refused to have medical treatment until his men had been treated first, and communications to his headquarters had been restored, he later died through loss of blood.

sorry, that's not correct.

Are you using the American or European system for your date :???:

If European, the 10th July 1940 is wrong.

If American, the 7th October 1940 is also wrong

Sorry for the delay, but work commitments got in the way.

I'm sorry Reiben, but you are incorrect.

Time for some clues;

It was a daylight raid.

The unit involved was Erprobungsgruppe 210.

They bombed the wrong airfield :shock:
