-All this coming after a welcome phone call from my very awake (step) son. He was with friends, two miles down the road. Wanted to make sure I was alright... the lights were flickering; we might get a brown out. Makes me proud.

Its 2 or more pork sausages encased in a Yorkshire pudding, eaten with gravy, boiled potatoes and any veggies that you are fond of. The potatoes can also be mashed.

Making Yorkshire puddings is a bit of an art, they might appear cooked, brown on the outside but soggy in the middle.
