Trevor, you are absolutely right. My beloved army measures feet in millimeters... The system is called Mondo Point. The system has 5mm between each size.

The largest size I have seen here in Sweden is 315. Don't know if they are available in bigger...

It varies on shoe size. My uniform boots are 5 Wide while I just bought a pair of heels that are size 10. :shock: Totally depends on the shoe. And I'm 15.
