Information compressed into extremely efficient packets can be obtained by multifrequency chords. See the discussion regarding the Music2 package which I wrote for Amiga computers in 1991-1992. Basically the dot patterns of the GRAPH of the waveforms concatenated together form a bit matrix which contains the information content. Millions of patterns can be processed per second by future computers, until the graph yields an acceptable match including the ECC correction codes. Some graphs are two dimensional, others are higher orders forming hypercubes etc...
You need to examine the master copies of all of the recorded music in this history. Be warned however that with today's primitive computers, and with the encryption schemes used for the classified data, your efforts are unlikely to be fruitful for a while until you get the knack of it. You might get lucky and stumble across unencrypted data disseminated by hobbyists...
Unlike the debriefing in Sept 2007, the WTF group is actually getting through to me, so I encourage you to keep up the good work my fellows. Furthermore, you should be aware that there are a plethora of futures of which the one I was trained in is only one. All of them have agents and some are bad guys indeed, seeking dominance over the citizens rather than cooperative efforts.
