2581 - my x-ray results are back, my arthritis is worse, the deterioration in the knees is more advanced than last time. I'm still going to run my half marathon, I'll just have to take it easy.
 
Sorry to hear that Highway Man, but good for you for not giving up. I hope your taking your docs advice on this as well. Better be safe..

2583 - nope you can't, had the x-ray results explained to me by a physio, the only thing that's going to work is complete replacement, I'm too young for it at the moment, so I have to struggle on! :(

Dear Boss, the combo of everyone's efforts, including yours must make a difference. Absolutely!
(Not advertising) I have multiple bulging spine discs due to an injury. I actually wear Tommie Copper back wrap ( brace ). I can pick up an item weighing more than a pound without pain. I do not take prescribed meds for my issues. You never know.

Hello woman!
Alotta stress right now. As always ... But geezalou! I'm Renting a house for my daughter and her family, the alarm company "forgot" one window sensor- from three darn months ago!, money is just a fly in' out the window.
... I need a car because I'm giving mine to my daughter, blah, blah...
It IS all worth it when I get to adore this face!!
