Donkey, people have been intentionally modifying their state of mind through chemicals since they first learned how. They'll never stop, especially if it's a socially-accepted drug like caffeine or alcohol.
It's a toughie.....coffee, keeps me awake and going...and hot tea soothes me and relaxes me....so it just depends...during the week coffee..nights and weekends hot tea...:drink:
Coffe for breakfast and after lunch. Tea in the evening, as I served north Africa I use to have tea in marroquian style and sometimes ( as I lived with English while university) tea with a little milk. For tea out home tea with some drops of lemmon.
