Russian army bullying 'horrific'

The fact that most of the Russian Army is composed of Conscripts "draftees" doesn't help either. When the US military was full of draftees, things were bad. It wasn't our finest hour.
 
The United States should really help Russia out.

The USA is already helping Russia a lot.
NATO moves each day closer to Russian border, USA got their military bases in Central Asia also close to Russia, bringing more Free world closer to Russia is already helping them to get closer to Bright future.

It is engagement with good intension, some Russians may think this as bad but in fact they don't realize this is actually good for them.
