That's a soldier that's just wearing a blue beret because he has to.
Can't really credit the UN because when they're calling the shots, it becomes harder to believe than fiction.
 
Third Picture down is not Somali Air Force

It is a Chilean Hunter F Mk76.

The airframe was originally an F Mk4 in the RAF (serial XF362) which was rebuilt to RAF FGA Mk9 standards as an FGA Mk 76 for Abu Dhabi.
