RAF are training no one. It's a joint arrangement. You forgot to copy and paste the important part:

Where does it say they are? The training at RAF Valley is being provided by a private company called Ascent Flight Training as part of the UK MFTS programme. If the RAF is so wonderful, why has the MOD brought in a private company to do all the training? :sarc:
The F-35 training takes place in the US. That's a fact because I've personally spoken to someone involved in it.
The RAF is training no one. Face up to reality that they are irrelevant when it comes to training.
