Marines getting the Shaft?

Couldn't you just become a marine officer and then switch over to the marines later on?

is it just me, or did that not make sense?

Actually, yes, as long as you can pass Marine PT and other quals, and coplete the Crucible, you can transfer.

no u cant i asked my NSI i asked all my NSI's and they all say no i also try to find out bout that online and u cant but they are excpetions like very important major exceptions

Well, young man, not everyone takes that attitude when they hear/see the word "difficult."

I'm not lazy, you can ask my commanding officers, if they were registered to this forum, i just don't see the point in switching from one force just to be in a different one

whats the difference between rotc, and jrotc?

ROTC is for university/college students, JROTC is for highschoolers.

IN the USMC and USN can you switch between them?
I mean can u serve for 2 years as a marine then 1 as a naval rateing?
