It wasn't my fault. I was in an airsoft scenario and the enemy chucked one. It hit me in the chest, then released all the pellets that were in it right there. It hurt like hell, but it didn't hit my face so i'm lucky.

and today my muscles hurt from PT yesterday and I gotta do it again.
