This was the greatest tank battle ever and no quarter was given and this battle settled the fate of Russia and if they lost the europe could have been lost for many more years.

There is no doubt Kursk was large although there is doubt that it was the largest tank battle with the battle of Brody being a contender for the largest, the question is was it the fiercest.
Many Ww1 battles surely have a solid claim to that title and Stalingrad may also be up there.
