My 2019 RS-5 is up for replacement but I am struggling to find a vehicle I like more, thought about the RS Etron GT but I am not enthused by electric vehicles as I think the Hydrogen fuel cell is the way to go.This is my new baby.

Another fast Audi owner, good man !My 2019 RS-5 is up for replacement but I am struggling to find a vehicle I like more, thought about the RS Etron GT but I am not enthused by electric vehicles as I think the Hydrogen fuel cell is the way to go.
I am open to it although the Audi NZ have a new RS-7Sportback demonstrator on the way in an almost identical configuration to what I have now that they will sell, which is tempting as the company is paying for most of the upgrade cost.Another fast Audi owner, good man !
How about another RS-5 ?

Interestingly the RS-5 seems to have disappeared off the market here and all we have on offer is a 3, 4, 6 and 7.
I imagine the 5 is available here as well but it doesn't show up on the Audi NZ sport site for some reason.RS-7 has the 4L V8 so a noticeable upgrade in performance !
I’ve just checked the Audi UK website and the RS-5 is still available to order here.
Yeah, bloody Swedes, can't trust them.Mine is a fuel guzzling, diesel fume spewing, 2.2 auto, sod Greta Thunberg!
That’s a nice problem to have !Spoke to the dealer yesterday and they gave me a couple of options:
1. 2023 RS5 Sportback, ex-demonstrator, 6000km in ascari blue
2. 2024 RS7 Sportback, new in Daytona gray.
Both have performance packages and both full warranties.
Option 1. I can drive away tomorrow and will cost nothing (I will only use about a third of the companies contribution).
Option 2. Wait two months and will cost about $30k on top of the company contribution.
Personally I prefer the Gray to the blue.
I lean more toward the RS-7 as I prefer the colour (had the RS-5 been the same colour I would have gone with that) and as there are no RS-7's in the country available to test drive it is a bit of a gamble. That’s a nice problem to have !
The RS5 will be more nimble on the road but the RS7 is slightly bigger.
Nice, might want to contact the council and get them to reseal the street though, it looks as bad as ours. Finally picked mine up today. View attachment 2196

I am a bit dubious about a bigger car as it means more room for the kids and the more uncomfortable it is for them the less, I have to use my car.
One option I have been toying with is to trade the wife's A-3 and give her the RS-5 then we get the best of both option but then it will require a bigger cash injection.

Some new photos taken by myself.
Don't forget IKEA, that is our way to make your lives miserableYeah, bloody Swedes, can't trust them.
One minute they are sticking seatbelts in your car, next its whining on about fossil fuels.
