were you a "Tiger"? if not, then i say no because you didnt earn it. if you were, go ahead, you earned it.
 
If I may, did your group do anything that would cause you to not be proud to wear the patch? I know the serbian paramilitary forces are not known for their kindness and good deeds in Bosnia and Kosovo.
