Ok so what is going on in South Korea?

It is worrying enough that we are having reruns of the orange man show without South Korea imploding, seems as though Koreans have elected a government that is on the opposite side to the president so he has decided to take over... (Maybe I have read it incorrectly).

And his grand plan was to make it impossible for them not to impeach him?

If he was Russian I would assume he had just gone off on a bender but it isn't something I would expect from the Koreans.
