Flood Waters Recede in India's Assam, Death Toll Rises

GUWAHATI, India (Reuters) - At least 62 bodies were recovered after flash floods in Assam state, taking the death toll from fresh flooding in the past three days to 88, police and rescue workers said on Sunday.
