Best LBV equipment?

I was wondering what you all thought was the best Load-Bearing-Equipment available?

What do you think of ELCS?

I've heard bad things about MOLLE II, but nothing specific.

Guess it depends on what applications your going to use it for. Strictly land based or for use in/around the maritime environment?
