I speak of the Russian strategic bomber Tu-95. I, actually, had the privilege of sitting inside one of those, when was very little. My dad's brother, uncle Alik, was the commander of one. He is now Colonel of the Russian Air Force, commands the whole air base, doesn't really fly anymore. He misses it though, and I can understand why. To feel the power of one of those beasts of the sky, in your hands, it can be exhilarating, and addictive. They are truly huge and mighty machines
Cockpit
A fully armed Tu-95 carries a complement of Kh-101 or 102 missiles under wings
It can carry as many as 8 of those
The difference between Kh-101 and 102, is that the 102 carries a nuclear warhead, and the 101 is a regular cruise missile. But both are recent upgrades, designed in 1999, first tested in 2007, and now, in July, Russian Minister of Defense Sergei Shoigu said all the Tu-55s will be armed with those.

In the beast's belly, hides a Kh-555 nuclear missile
In the back, it is defended by a 23 mm Afanasev-Makarov AM-23 double gun
The gun's co-designer was Nikolai Makarov, the same guy who also designed the famous Makarov PM pistol that is the main weapon of Russian police to this day
